DW Collector’s Maple 22x9 Bass Drum Shell Kick & Hoop Blue Oyster Finishply Wrap

This listing is for a DW (Drum Workshop) Collector’s Series Maple 22x9 Bass Kick Drum Shell, 22” diameter X 9” depth including 1 matching hoop. The finishply wrap is either Blue Oyster or Blue Strata, I’m not 100% sure. It’s from 2003-2008 as it had Gold badges on it.
Here’s the story of this bass drum shell. It was originally a store display never played 1/2 bass drum from a complete kit including 3 toms and 1 snare drum (see last pic). It was basically a complete drum kit that was cut in 1/2 by DW and sent to stores to put against a wall for display. This shell can become a bass drum again, a woofer, a gong or even a large floor tom.
It is 100% functional, never played store display so in excellent condition, in round, only 1 small area with some scratches that will probably buff out (see pics).
It is originally factory drilled for;
- 10 Turret lugs (hole spacing 1 & 3/8”)
- 2 badges (hole spacing 1 & 3/8”)
- 2 spurs (standard DW hole spacing)
- 1 Slide Track for a Tom Mount
- has 2 extra factory drilled that I’m not sure what for
